Finding motivation hasn't been an issue for Kaeori Giron (SO/El Paso, Texas).

Giron was Kansas Wesleyan's lone qualifier for the NAIA National Cross Country Championships in 2018, during his first collegiate season. He finished 15th in the Kansas Conference Championship but two days later was told he would compete in nationals after a runner who placed ahead of him was disqualified.
